Yesterday I celebrated my 27th birthday (FOR THE 6TH TIME).
I was born on August 12, 1977 in Wylie, TX to Don and Arline Tucker
I am the baby and the sister of Tammy, John, Donnie, Tanya, Shari, Michael and Chris.
I am the proud wife of Mark,
I am the mother of Dusty and Vince (bobo & nina)


I really had a great day. I woke up to Vince saying "happy birthday to you momma" well, it was pretty close, Mark had went to McDonalds for me and got me my beloved Hazelnut ice coffee!

He also brought me some big pink roses and cupcakes when he came home from work!
Vince was very excited about the cupcakes (he only eats the icing)

I got lots of calls, cards and emails from my friends and family. I loved how several of you got into it on my facebook trying to be the first!
Jimmy, YOU DID CHEAT!

My sister Tammy and I went out and about and to lunch Tuesday and that lady at The Country Cottage will never forget us!!!!

I also got GREAT news from the Dr. concerning some medication I was taking. More on that later........maybe!

ANYWAY................... Thanks again all of you for a great birthday.

Long trip home

We arrived back home from Oklahoma last night around 11:30pm. Momma Dee's service was very nice. I wish my friend didn't live so far it was hard to say goodbye. Big Bobby (Kim's dad) was the hardest to leave. He had really only 5 words that he said to me most of the time when we were kids "don't you ever go home?" No, I never did. This family has meant so much to me over the past 20 years and it is very sad to see one of us gone. I know that out of all the love and all the memories I can still laugh and love her as if she was still sitting next to me.

All this has made me really think about who I am not just obvious things about me but what's really inside? It's hard to really look in the mirror.

I pray that the Lord will open my heart to be the Godly Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother and Friend that He intended me to be.

ARIZONA UPDATE!!!

Ok, I know you are all thinking...... She said Arizona..... and then NEVER said anything else!

Well, to all you impatient (me included :) !) people out there,
YES!!! We ARE going to move!

As far as details, I just know a lot of things must be done before then.
We were given an anticipated date of "sometime in August!" That's fine with me! I have to pack up our lives and move across the country!!!!

I will take as much time as I can get before the flood of boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper, garage sale and 18+ hours on the road!!!!!!!
Not to mention unpacking!

I can say I have been assured by the City of Queen Creek Animal Control AND the main hospital that the nasty little demon creatures called scorpions, are not cause for as much concern that I obviously have!

You are asking... Did she really call?? UH YEAH YOU BET I DID!

I once got a "fun fact" email that said turtles can breathe out their butts!
I called the Dallas Zoo and asked the worker in the turtle department! (yes I said turtle dept.)
She said THEY CAN PASS GAS but as far as any normal breathing NO!

Anyway, If you know me, you are not at all shocked at this post! And to those who don't,
